Unfortunately, we do not have a restaurant/bar or serve dinner in our hotel but there are many places to eat in the Paddington neighbourhood.

What time is the check in?

Check-in starts from 2pm on the day of your arrival.

What time is the check out?

By 11am, please.

Is there a car park in all of your hotels?

There is no parking available at this hotel. The nearest car park is APCOA Paddington Station Car Park, 25 Bishop's Bridge Rd, London W2 6AA. More info here.

Can I store my luggage with you?

We will be pleased to store your luggage after you check out whenever possible.

What time is breakfast served?

Breakfast is served from 7am until 10am from Monday to Saturday. On Sundays/Bank Holidays, it is from 8am until 11am.

What type of breakfast do you serve?

We serve a Continental Buffet Breakfast.

Any allergies or food intolerance?

We operate a buffet-style continental breakfast. If you have an allergic reaction or intolerance to certain foods, such as nuts, gluten, or dairy-based products and therefore have specific dietary requirements, please notify us in advance.

How do I cancel a reservation?

If you book a Free cancellation rate, you can cancel your reservation 24 hours before 1pm GMT without any charge. Do you have a lift at The Brunel Hotel?

Due to the layout of the Grade ll listed building, the lift is only accessible to level 3. From here, it is a short flight of stairs to level 4, accessible by 2 staircases.

All rooms are subject to availability; however, the hotel aims to accommodate all requests where given.
