Amazing Staff and Informative Service
What holds this hotel together is the staff - they were all super amazing. Yes we had a slight hiccup but staff sorted it with kindness & respect. At all times they were helpful and informative regarding travel plans :-) Breakfast continental, simple but better than expected.
Small but Clean and Fun
Lovely 3-star hotel. Rooms are small as expected but this is even fun and for city break you do not need much more. Room was very clean, had eBathroom.
Helpful Staff and Adequate Breakfast
Fab hotel, staff couldn't be any better or more helpful and breakfast adequate for a day exploring. Rooms tad small bit sufficient for sleeping :-)
Fantastic Service and Great Breakfast
We had to find a new hotel because the one we had booked first was a rat's nest like no other. I came to the Brunel Hotel and received fantastic service. The receptionist gave us breakfast the whole stay, and the breakfast was above all expectations for England and Vera. We had an extra duvet delivered to the room at 23 in the evening, and all the staff were incredibly helpful with everything I asked about. A short way to the underground, as well as cafes and restaurants.
